About the Role


We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic
Service Receptionist, to work at our busy Mercedes-Benz Service Department located in Artarmon on a full-time basis.


The role will involve the following:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet guests and direct them appropriately
  • Assist potential clients with enquiries
  • Book vehicles in for service and recalls in ERA and Excel
  • General administration support duties
  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Proven Reception experience in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi task
