About the Role:

We are on the lookout for an accomplished Executive Leader to spearhead regional leadership for FinXL's operations in NSW & QLD. In this role, you will collaborate with teams to nurture existing relationships while bringing onboard new clients.

As the Executive Leader for NSW & QLD, your chief responsibility involves overseeing and steering our team's continuous performance. Your main task will be to ensure that the FinXL team proficiently identifies and secures high-value ICT consulting and services projects from a diverse range of Government and large Enterprise clients, as well as within our existing marquee clients. Additionally, you will play a significant role in fostering relationships with key Alliance partners such as ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce to drive business expansion. You will also engage with Global Servicelines and leadership to promote growth through platforms.

To qualify for the Executive Leader - NSW & QLD position, you should possess:

  • Proven expertise in spotting substantial IT services projects, engagements, and consulting opportunities across Enterprise accounts
  • Strong leadership skills in sales and leading by example
  • Experience in capitalizing on business prospects to boost revenues and market presence while achieving year-on-year sales growth
  • A mindset geared towards growth and advancement
