Dive into the heart of IT with a key role as a Workplace Analyst. You'll be the driving force behind our tech environment, managing EUC, HAM & SAM, and safeguarding our tech with cutting-edge solutions. How you will spend your time

As a Workplace Analyst, your day to day will include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement - Building bridges with stakeholders, demystifying IT complexities into actionable strategies.
  • EUC Lifecycle Oversight- Guiding end-user computing from acquisition to retirement, ensuring peak performance and reliability.
  • Software Excellence -Managing the creation and deployment of software packages, embracing automation for efficiency.
  • System Security -Scheduling and applying critical system patches to bolster security and maintain operational integrity.
  • IT Automation - Pioneering automation of IT tasks to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts.
  • Asset Management -Conducting thorough hardware and software asset management to ensure compliance and resource optimisation.
  • SOE Leadership - Crafting a consistent user experience with a standardised operating environment.
  • AVD Strategy - Deploying Azure Virtual Desktop solutions for secure and adaptable virtualisation.
  • Tech Innovation - Driving workplace technology advancements with cutting-edge solutions.
  • CMDB Integrity - Diligently maintaining the Configuration Management Database with tools like Intune and JAMF.
  • Network Support - Providing level 2 networking support and collaborating for stable network performance.
  • Security Vigilance - Actively participating in security operations to protect against threats.
  • Technical Mastery - Offering expert support and troubleshooting to minimise business disruptions.
  • Knowledge Cultivation - Creating documentation and fostering a learning environment.
  • Compliance Assurance - Ensuring software and hardware compliance to mitigate risks.
  • User Empowerment - Conducting training to enhance technology adoption and proficiency.
  • Collaboration Enhancement - Managing tools to boost organisational productivity and collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring - Proactively monitoring systems to preemptively address performance issues.
  • Disaster Recovery Expertise - Leading disaster recovery efforts to ensure organisational resilience.

What you will bring

Essential

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in workplace technology management, including EUC, HAM & SAM, and AVD.
  • Proficiency in IT security and level 2 networking.
  • Familiarity with CMDB tools like Intune and JAMF.
  • A track record of automating IT processes and managing SOE.
  • Independent problem-solving capabilities and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in ITIL, risk management, and compliance.
  • A history of leading technology innovation and adopting smart office solutions.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL, COBIT, or CISM.
  • The ability to adapt to change and strategize accordingly.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • A collaborative approach, working well in cross-functional teams.
