Fleet Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

The Fleet Services team manage a range of Mobile Plant from small assets such as line trimmers and mowers to our Light Fleet vehicles and Heavy Plant.

As key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role is an opportunity to positively influence not only the Business Unit, but also the wider Organisation. Partner with the Director and your team to optimise Fleet Services operations, increase service levels and customer satisfaction and be part of ensuring we achieve our operational goals.

About You

You will have extensive experience in Fleet, Mobile Plant or Asset Management within a large complex organisation and demonstrated experience in project management and project delivery.

You have a demonstrated understanding and utilization of Whole of Life Asset Management, principles and methodologies, as well as experience developing and implementing business process improvement strategies.

Additionally, you will possess proven people leadership and customer relationship management skills. You must also have a current C class drivers licence.
