Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Providing a professional, consistent and effective service to customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensuring our fleet and subcontractors are compliant with company requirements
  • Ensuring subcontractor equipment, driver and company information is updated and maintained;
  • Assisting in the recruitment of new subcontractors in order to grow the ResourceCo contractor database;
  • Working closely with the Business Development Managers to provide solutions for our customers, fleet and subcontractors.
  • Provide effective communication when identifying and resolving operational challenges
  • Ensuring administrative activities, data preparation, processing, analysis, storage and reporting activities are implemented, efficient and responsive; and
  • Actively contributing to continuously improving the systems and processes, to meet the increasing demands generated by growth in our business.
  • Implementing ResourceCo Values (Sustainable, Committed, Creative and Agile) into daytoday practice
  • Use of 3rd Party Safety Systems / fleet maintenance equipment;

About you:

**- Qualifications in a relevant logistics discipline would be advantageous, however not essential;

  • Sound experience in fleet allocation/scheduling preferably within the transport, civil construction or Earthmoving Industry;
  • Work both autonomously & collaboratively in a small close knit team;
  • Have an understanding of safety and compliance principals;
  • Ability to prioritize work flows;
  • Strong people skills including strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
