- Improving the quality of lending submissions (Right first time / reducing time to approval)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Strong understanding of Self-Employed income, including reading and understanding financials & Tax returns and inputting into servicing
  • Develop and deliver focused training materials and guides to improve colleague / broker capability and assist with embedding credit policy changes.
  • Supporting Third Party BDMs at external broker meetings and events
  • Building & maintaining strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders including RCD, RLO & Brokers
  • Tracking your interactions and using the insights to identify capability gaps & opportunities
We're interested in hearing from people who possess a combination of the below:

  • 2 years minimum experience in the Bankwest / CBA lending environment
  • Strong knowledge of Bankwest home lending policy, products and services, systems and processes
  • Thorough understanding of Self-Employed financial documentation and complex lending needs
  • Strong credit assessment and preparation skills, and advanced problem solving ability.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Commitment to driving excellence and quality outcomes for our customers
  • Sound understanding of the Third Party Broker channel
