THE ROLE

• Track record of sales results
• Must be committed to building and maintaining a healthy referral and network through cold calling and door knocking if not already established
• Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI's
• Ability to build strong relationships with clientele
• Booking and attending appraisals
• Preparing contracts and appraisal preparation
• Accepting leads from other agents and following them up
• Running and managing a listing from start to finish
• Buyer call backs
• Organising marketing initiatives such as social media, printing, sign boards, brochures and home opens
• Provide ongoing marketing, sales and administrative duties where required
• Sales to settlement coordination liaising with settlement agents, buyers and sellers

WHO ARE YOU?

Must have a Real Estate qualification: RE License:

• Strong personal presentation
• Willingness to learn and operate with a results focus
• Previous real estate experience is required
• Results orientated
• Drive and determination to succeed
• Drivers license
• Fire in your belly
