The Opportunity


As an Asset Planner, you will be responsible for the implementation of the asset management system to ensure reliability, maintenance and sparing are optimised to reduce costs and increase the utilisation of our portfolio of over 40,000 vehicles across the pacific.


The role advises senior managers and internal stakeholders on efficient and timely movements of asset services (purchase, selling, transfers) that support the objectives and demand requirements whilst managing risk, reliability, configuration and costs per Markets level.

Marketing
  • Sales Matrix and Volume, Procurement Purchase Matrix and Volume, Revenue
  • A net asset for supply/demand constraints and Operations
  • Net asset Planning positioning.
  • The establishment/set up & maintenance of our planning optimizer tool (F.A.R.O)
  • Responsible for providing planning advice across the Fleet and updating the Asset management system (Fleetpro)
  • Lead the assets management tool (F.A.R.O.) to optimise levels of service, performance, and reliability of the available assets.
  • Work with revenue teams to establish volumes and define fleet requirements to meet business demand.
  • Liaison with our Commercial and Revenue departments to develop and maintain assets group plan.
  • Prepare and analyse F.A.R.O outcome in line with planned fleet cost deriving fleet plans scenarios (Purchase, deletion, and Transfer) plan by country, state and car group as well as fleet rotation plan.
  • Assure asset cost planning is aligned with our business plan
  • Preparation and distribution of monthly fleet plan to the fleet community and senior leaders as well as planning insight.
  • Establish and implement weekly fleet community assets planning updates.
  • Manage portfolio by ensuring Life Cycle Cost, Risk, Performance, Reliability, Efficiency and Continuous Improvement systems are applied.
  • Planning the development of preemptive strategies to ensure mínimal downtime of the company's assets whilst maximising revenue growth and optimization.
  • Produce, manage, and maintain standardised reporting dashboards using a range of tools such as Power BI, Hyperion, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Various monthly, and quarterly reports for Finance, Audit and Accounting purposes

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related work experience.
  • Minimum of 24 in Planning experience across a diverse range of projects and assets. Must have analytical responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, prioritisation and problem solving
  • Strong knowledge of investigation, strategic planning, prioritisation, design, construction and maintenance of related assets
  • Experience with any BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, SQL)
  • P& L Knowledge and familiarity with fixasses
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a highpressure environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Ability to debate various tops in an engaging and persuasive manner
