About the role

  • Coordinate the delivery of standard form construction contracts training for NSW agencies, local councils, and the private sector and provide a professional point of contact for participants.
  • Collect, record, and maintain Contract Performance Reporting (CPR) data, extract, compile, and distribute consolidated summary CPR scores.
  • Provide administrative and support services to maintain scheme management data on the buy. NSW supplier hub system and tools to ensure integrity of information and databases.
  • Assist with the review and update of various construction procurement system documents available on the buy. NSW website.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience in business operations, procurement, or related discipline.
  • Completion or commitment to complete the NSWP Procurement Certification Training Program.
  • Knowledge and understanding of NSW Government Procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment, juggling multiple deliverables simultaneously, and strong time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
