Join our Dulux Team as an Production Team Member based in Dandenong South, VIC. This role will allow you to take responsibility to operate and monitor a key part of our manufacturing process

You will work rotating day and afternoon shifts, 36 hours, 4 days per week.

Monday – Thursday:

  • Day shift 5.45am – 3.15pm
  • Afternoon shift 3pm – 12.30am
  • Friday overtime is optional depending on operational requirements.

Once you've completed training; responsibilities will include:

  • Batching of raw materials
  • Operation of Machinery, such as extruder & mills
  • Working with robotics
  • Cleaning of process equipment
  • Manual handling and lifting

Skills & Experience

To thrive in this role, you'll need to be passionate and driven to succeed in a manufacturing environment. With your strong mechanical aptitude, you will be part of identifying problems and implementing the solution Along with this you will have the following:

  • Ability to comfortably lift up to 25kgs and carry out manual handling tasks
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipe cards
  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Consistently punctual and reliable
  • Focus on production output and continuous improvement
