About the role
Join our Dulux Team as an Operator team member based in Dandenong South, VIC. This role will allow you to take responsibility to operate and monitor a key part of our manufacturing process


You will work rotating day and afternoon shifts 36 hours, 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday day shift 5.45am - 3.15pm, afternoon shift 3pm am.

Friday overtime is optional depending on operational requirements.

Once you've completed training; responsibilities will include:

  • Batching of raw materials
  • Operation of Machinery, such as extruder & mills
  • Working with robotics
  • Cleaning of process equipment
  • Manual handling and lifting

Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be passionate and driven to succeed in a manufacturing environment, and with your strong mechanical aptitude you will be part of identifying problems and implementing the solution Along with this you will have the following:

  • Ability to comfortably lift up to 25kgs and carry out manual handling tasks
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipe cards
  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Consistently punctual and reliable
