PXP - Digital Designer

Role Description
Our multimedia studio operators sit within the engine room of our agency.

The lifeblood of the agency, the PXP Multimedia Studio is a face-paced, high-energy, high-volume environment where great quality output and high creative integrity are considered non-negotiable.

You are a go-getter with unmatched problem-solving skills and attention to detail. While understanding the technical detail of your role is a given, you must also have a keen design eye, have a level of craft to polish all key deliverables and bring your own creative flare to the job at hand

Core responsibilities:

  • Excellent creative and graphic design skills with a good awareness of webtypography rules
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience leading and being a key decisionmaker on UX/UI and visual design projects
  • Lead UI design projects from concept to development
  • Producing IA, annotated wireframes, visual design and collaborating with developers on, webpages, apps, CRM campaigns, integrated campaigns and other digital collateral
  • Excellent working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of formal coding methodology and industry standards
  • Knowledge of basic source control/CM processes
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight time constraints
  • Willingness to take calculated risks and present innovative ideas within the Agency and to Clients
  • Ability to understand agency workflow and work within quality control procedures
  • Accuracy in filing and naming WIP for seamless retrieval of files
