C&K Banyo Station Childcare Centre is a special center that caters to 75 children in various learning spaces. We take pride in our strong connection to nature, relationships with families and the community, and our celebration of diversity. Our center embodies inclusivity and is designed to foster independence, exploration, and nature-based play.

With your energy, creativity, and care, you will lead a team to provide a quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years. Your role will be pivotal in center operations, focusing on nurturing children's learning and development to help them grow into inquisitive, capable, and confident learners.

Take ownership of the center's operations, documentation, and program delivery to influence the children's future in our care. Build strong relationships with families and the community to create a supportive environment.

Your Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent, endorsed by ACECQA, or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
  • Certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
  • Clearances including Blue Card and a recent Police Check.
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team-driven environment.
