Customer Service and Social Media Coordinator

About the role
Customer relations

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Follow company processes to log and record all interactions in Zendesk
  • Processing customer returns, including providing assistance to the Returns Officers when required
  • Employing advanced communication skills to positively acknowledge and resolve all customer concerns and issues raised through feedback mechanisms
Product knowledge

  • Develop indepth and expert knowledge of all products, keeping uptodate with new launches, product updates and restocks
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and marketing events
Digital Content Creation

  • Schedule social media posts across various social media accounts
  • Ensure our content portals are kept up to date
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends
  • Collaborate with the weekly social media calendar

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in delivering highquality customer service
  • Proven experience as a Social Media representative or similar role is ideal
  • Experience in sales support for an eComm / contact centre / retail environment, using CRM platforms such as Zendesk is preferred
  • Experience in managing Socials, chat and calls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bubbly, bright personality that is able to convey the Brand language and tone through each communication mode
  • High level of computer literacy, particularly in using G-Suite, Zendesk, Shopify, PeopleVox and Paypal is preferred
  • Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • High Levels of resilience with a natural ability to handle difficult interactions professionally, without internalising.
