This role provides administrative support to the Property Operations Leadership Team to ensure compliance, training and Health & Safety Systems are implemented and maintained.


What your day would look like?

  • Lead and maintain Property Operation's process and system registers in relation to regulatory compliance, HSE and operational procedures.
  • Drives and coordinates all preventative maintenance schedules, record keeping and coordinates these works with our departmental team leads to ensure minimum interruption to operations.
  • Support the development, implementation and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations and guidelines
  • Support the department Monitors and Health & Safety Representatives with administrative duties and report on progress to Leadership Team
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local legislation and codes governing WPH&S
  • Update relevant training Regular review of changes to legislation, standards and codes of practice that will impact on WPH&S and communicate to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of other team members, contractors, labour hire, guests and visitors through cooperation with management, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and the responsibilities outlined in the WHS Management System (SAFE 20
  • WHS Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities) which is available on the intranet

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience with CMMS
  • Previous experience in planning and executing a maintenance scheme with all relative stakeholders
  • Experience in participating in and contributing to a range of administrative functions
  • Experience working with teams across multiple businesses and locations
  • Experience working in service industries and fast paced dynamic workplaces
  • High level of communication and organisational skills
  • Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
