The primary objective is to invoice the customer correctly, with billing outputs aligned to the customer's contract and the services they have with Optus.

This is complex administration requiring interpretation of customer orders, understanding of network services and customer's contractual pricing.

The role entails driving billing accuracy and timeliness; ensuring Optus Enterprise customer revenue is captured correction; providing feedback to improve billing processes and contributing to improving Optus' customer satisfaction measures.

This role plays a significant part in the overall profitability of the Optus Enterprise.

Billing revenue assurance is provided through investigation and correction of billing error reports which forms an important secondary component of this role.


Some of the things you will work across:

  • Allocation process, across several products
  • Provision into billing system
  • Helix, ServiceNow activities, price changes, resigns,
  • Audit reports

What you will bring

  • Experience within Billing position
  • Strong administration and communications skills
  • Prior experience working in a large organisation or telco advantageous
