Ccentric is engaged by South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) to conduct a search for the newly created position of Executive Director Operations and Performance.

SWSLHD includes one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse and fastest-growing regions in Australia across a geographical area of approximately 6,243 square kilometers.

Reporting to the Chief Executive (CE) Ms Sonia Marshall, the Executive Director of Operations & Performance is responsible for the clinical operations and performance of the growing District in collaboration with the CE and other members of the SWSLHD Executive Leadership team.

Essential Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or demonstrated extensive proven experience at a senior management level in a substantial and complex organization engaged in clinical service delivery.
  • Demonstrated application of knowledge and expertise in health service delivery, across a diverse range of care sectors, in advocacy for positive change in a broad range of community and government forums.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse range of staff across clinical and corporate functions to deliver high-quality integrated health services.

This is an ongoing, full-time, Band 2, Health Service Senior Executive (HSSE) role with an attractive remuneration package within the range of $316,836 to $352,990 per annum, with annual performance reviews.
