And you could be the genius behind it all As our Quality Assurance Technician – Manufacturing, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic position where each day presents new challenges and chances to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching, training, and auditing operating staff in the level 1 team, including standard checks and equipment calibration.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert in problem-solving sessions related to quality concerns.
  • Examining quality data to support the level 2 team.
  • Assessing QC systems and comparing quality performance.
  • Conducting calibration work and reviewing calibration methods.
  • Handling QA/QC systems tasks, including managing packaging laboratory standards.
  • Supervising the supplier non-conformance reporting system and promoting ongoing enhancement with suppliers.
  • Investigating, documenting, and executing corrective measures for consumer and customer complaints.
  • Overseeing the QC Hold program for the business unit.
  • Promoting SPC to enhance process capability within the business unit and responding to deviations.
  • Monitoring check sheets, ensuring sanitation compliance, and addressing CCP deviations when needed.

  • Armed with a degree in Food Technology, Science, or related fields, you are poised to leave a lasting impression in the next phase of your quality expedition.
  • 2-3 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in the FMCG/Food manufacturing sectors.
  • A strategic thinker well-versed in SPC or similar quality methodologies, prepared to enhance our processes.
  • Proficient in project/change management, adept at navigating through periods of transformation smoothly.
  • Skilled in analyzing pertinent information and delivering comprehensive reports.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer usage, including office software packages.
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
