The Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Supply and Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team based in Rydalmere reporting into the National Supply Chain Manager. To lead the Supply and Demand Planning process and activities for an assigned product group at national level.

This will involve:

  • creating and maintaining demand models
  • incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales and marketing
  • ensuring the achievement of sound consensus forecast monthly together with senior commercial management
  • master production scheduling and distribution planning,
  • ensuring a correct link with site production planning and interfacing with both senior management, operational and commercial teams.

About you

  • Tertiary level Logistics or related studies are desirable
  • Advanced excel skills
  • 5 years' experience in both Demand and Supply Planning mandatory
  • Ability to communicate and work with different levels of the business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible thinker
  • Problem solving skills
  • Analytical and methodical with good attention to detail
  • Previous exposure to SAP or ERP system
  • Highly organised
  • Experience with reporting and providing timely responses to all customers
  • Driven to achieve the relevant KPIs
