Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Answering telephones and booking appointments
- Maintaining client database
- Preparing appointment files
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Incoming/Outgoing Mail
- General photocopying, scanning, archiving and filing
- General housekeeping duties
- Strong computer skills
- Be organised and have great attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Be friendly and have a positive attitude
- Be able to work in a high paced environment
- Experience is highly regarded
