We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support the principles & associates' team. With a 13 office network, training and career progression is assured
The Position:
Working closely with the Director & Sales Team, you will be managing the client relationships and supporting the team:
  • Check Contracts to ensure all paperwork is present and current
  • Have an understanding of what changes can legally be made to a contract
  • Process sales from exchange through to settlement, including processing rescission notices
  • Liaise with Solicitors and Conveyancers, including confirming settlement date and orders
  • Liaise with Vendors and Purchasers
  • Receive and process sales advice
  • Verify sales, and customer's personal information
  • Organise Saturday auctions and open home packs
  • Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing
  • Ensure all processes are being followed in line with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements
The Ideal Candidate
  • Ideally some experience in an admin capacity in real estate
  • Current Certificate of registration
  • Very Strong Admin & organisation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to manage conflicting deadlines & processes
  • Understanding of the real estate sales process
