Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Credit Administration Manager, we are in search of a loans processing candidate to join our dedicated team of loan officers on a contract basis. In this dynamic role, you will manage the complete process from post-approval to settlement and discharges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing loan documentation for various loan types such as mortgages, personal loans, and credit cards within specified service levels
  • Handling complex applications and having a deep understanding of banking credit policies, code of conduct, and compliance regulations
  • Supervising mortgage settlements, discharges, and other transactions through PEXA
  • Overseeing inboxes to ensure timely resolution of queries
  • Conducting title searches, processing FHOG and Housing Australia applications, and coordinating settlements with external parties
  • Performing post-settlement tasks including contract modifications and general administrative duties
