What's the role?
Plenti Legal Finance specializes in offering loans for individuals navigating divorce and separation to cover their legal expenses. The team focuses on providing access to justice by enabling people to pay their legal fees when they are unable to do so independently. We believe in the right of everyone to legal advice and are revolutionizing this process.

As we establish more trusted partnerships with law firms nationwide, our Legal Finance team is expanding swiftly. Consequently, we are seeking a Case Assessor to serve as a Legal Finance Associate, collaborating with our partner law firms and their clients to evaluate cases and make lending decisions. The ideal candidate will work closely with borrowers and lawyers to comprehend the complexities of family law cases and assess them based on lending criteria and responsible lending obligations.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities
  • Experience in bulk, yet intricate assessments;
  • Legal expertise or education (particularly in family law);
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Readiness to contribute to enhancing processes;
  • Experience in home loans, complex consumer loans, or intricate insurance claims;
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting;
  • Highly effective verbal communication skills with the capability to clearly explain decisions to both external and internal stakeholders;
  • Outstanding quantitative and analytical risk assessment skills combined with strong judgment.
