The Role
We're looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Patient Support Services team in NSW, focusing on the Sydney South territory.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth and profitability, develop new business, and enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate prices within defined guidelines
- Attend corporate events, meetings, and conferences
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure satisfaction
- Support sales promotions and marketing activities
- Train hospital staff on products
- Participate in the clinical environment
- Manage territory effectively
- Keep CRM updated for reporting
- Ensure a safe working environment
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in Medical Science, Healthcare, Business, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical sales
- Knowledge of effective selling techniques and Key Account Management
- Understanding of the Hospital and Healthcare system
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with exceptional customer service
- Collaborative and willing to travel as needed
