Learning & Development Consultant

Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with executive leaders to assess learning and development needs and objectives
  • Design and develop customised learning solutions aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices
  • Discovery and design of blended learning solutions
  • Facilitation of onboarding in a large multicultural organisation
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including elearning modules, instructorled training materials, and job aids
  • Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.


If you have an excellent knowledge in a range of Learning and Development disciplines, outstanding communication and relationship building skills then this will be a perfect role for you.
