We're looking for friendly and caring people to join our team of Community Support Partners Do you have a passion for helping others and strong interpersonal skills? If so, this may be the perfect role for you.


Here's what you can expect from this role:

  • Work side by side with our clients as partners to help them reach their goals and build their independence and well being.
  • To support our clients in engaging with their community and trying new activities.
  • Make sure our clients feel safe, secure, and cared for in their own homes.
  • To lend a helping hand with personal care or housekeeping tasks.

Here's what we need from you:

  • A friendly attitude and desire to help others.
  • A commitment to following high standards of care.
  • National criminal history check.
  • Current NSW driver's license.
  • Access to an insured vehicle.
  • Current Senior First Aid.
  • Willingness to travel on the Central Coast.
Having a certificate or degree in community service, aged care, or a related field is desirable but not required. We want someone with a heart for helping people in a respectful and empowering way.
