Our Client is a community-based charity supporting those over 65's and those under 65s with a disability, to lead healthy and active lives.
The purpose of this
Finance & Admin Officer role is to cover leave and to provide a broad range of accounting, payroll and administration functional support to the organisation and be responsible for the accurate, timely and relevant preparation and delivery of critical tasks,
Main Tasks
- General accounting duties including processing daily receipts, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- General banking functions including maintaining and reconciling petty cash float, recording and coordinating deposit of incoming funds to bank account, preparing cheques and EFT payments
- Entering all financial data into accounting system and processing adjustments
- _Not required to answer phone and respond to general enquiries_
