Job description:

My client is searching for an Incident Manager to assist with governance, incident compliance, control checks and overall improvements.


The team is involved in providing effective incident and situation management but the position will also focus on assisting a large Service Now transition.


Responsibilities:

  • Execution of Incident Management and Major Incident Management (MIM) process
  • Minimise priority incident durations and impacts
  • Identify, manage and drive high priority incident resolution
  • Extract the data for incident reports and assist with their weekly and monthly reports

About you:

  • Minimum 3+yrs experience as an Incident Manager within a large organisation.
  • Good understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and its capabilities is beneficial.
  • Prior experience from a banking or financial service background is advantageous.
