Senior Facilities Manager -ACT or South West NSW Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products) Shape the future of facilities at Woolworths Group in a Senior Leadership role Leadership role at scale ACT or Wagga Based role with region travel Our Senior Facilities Managers are senior leadership roles providing strategic leadership and operational management of all facilities-related activities across a portfolio of group stores.

At the forefront of this role, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and leading a diverse team of approx 600, including Facilities Managers, Technicians, proactive services team, and contractors.

This role will manage a region that includes Wagga, ACT and Regional South West NSWWhat you'll do You'll be accountable for the growth and development of the team, ensuring the right capability is recruited and developed, development plans are in place, and ongoing day-to-day management.

Be curious & foster an environment that puts the Customer 1st and actively uses stakeholder feedback that helps us achieve our goal of being Proactive, Responsive, and Efficient.

Develop and execute zone plans, renewal plans, new stores, and projects within your portfolio.
Support budget management to achieve agreed financial targets and have a positive zone P&L.
Drive a Proactive, Responsive, and Efficient FM service to Woolworths Stores and align work procedures with business energy-saving initiatives.

What you'll bring Ideally, you will be a highly experienced senior leader of diverse teams where coaching, developing, and motivating teams has achieved excellent results.

Experience as a Senior Facilities Manager in retail, supermarket, FMCG, or large multisite enterprise.
Experience managing and leading change and business initiatives.
