Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity in IT? We are currently seeking skilled IT Professional to join our team.

As a member of the team, you will be part of a dedicated team working on a specific portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners, onboarding of new customer whilst driving improvements with both internal and external stakeholders.


In this job you will:

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand complex requirements and translate them into IT solution deliverables, with a specific emphasis on Transport functions/processes.
  • Design, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions within agreed timeframes and budgets, working alongside a team of analysts.
  • Proactively support and resolve IT problems and incidents impacting the portfolio, with a focus on preventing future occurrences.
  • Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our IT solutions, ensuring alignment with regional and global directives.
  • Take accountability for IT account management functions, effectively managing IT resources and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical IT solutions that deliver value.
  • Solid operational and technical understanding of the end to end supply chain process, with a focus on transport
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent personal presentation and strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, delivering results within agreed timeframes.
  • Ability to execute the implementation of a solution based on set designs.
  • Experience with SQL query writing (experience with visualisation tools such as PowerBI will be highly regarded)
  • 2+ years in proven experience in designing, configuring, testing, and implementing IT solutions (experience in implementing TMS solutions will be highly regarded)
  • 2+ years systems integration design, configuration, testing and/or support
