**Job Summary**:
Gloria Jean's Arndell Park is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Casual Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a casual team member, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the high standards of quality and cleanliness that Gloria Jean's is known for.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and food items according to Gloria Jean's recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including the serving and kitchen areas.
- Assist in restocking inventory and ensuring products are well-displayed.
- follow health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and experience in a cafe environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, and evenings.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
- Food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one.

**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
