About the Role
Hennessy Catholic College is currently seeking to appoint an Intensive Learning Support Tutor to join our inclusive School community.

The Intensive Learning Support Tutor is responsible for tutoring small groups of students in reading programs such as MacqLit and keeping individual student records to assess progress.


  • This position is temporary in nature as it is dependent on a specific programme which is not of an ongoing nature._

Essential Criteri
a

  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal format with students, staff and parents, as needed;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as member of a team;
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Able to manage small groups of students;
  • Demonstrate effective use of computer programs and resources;
  • Ability to work with students with a variety of special learning and social needs;
  • Able to learn new skills in relation to the delivery of reading programs such as Macqlit.
