About the role:


The purpose of this position is to support the successful development and implementation of the Marketing and Brand Strategies to achieve long term success.

The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating all marketing promotions and activities ensuring that they are carried out effectively in line with the brand and target customer profile.

This includes but is not limited to all marketing activities across all channels including the ecommerce platform, brand awareness activities, internal marketing and market research.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and deployment of the Brand Strategy.
  • Utilise and integrate multiple advertising mediums including but not limited to digital advertising, ecommerce, social media, search, remarketing, print EDM, print, radio and TV to deliver a seamless
marketing strategy that effectively engages with our customers.

  • Assist in general Marketing expense management including budget and expense control and order processing.
  • Conduct research to define target customer demographic and highlight the changing needs of this demographic.
  • Liaise with external partners and agencies maintaining relationships in a professional manner.
  • Develop various assets for internal and external print, digital and social media to promote the voice of our brand.
  • Maintain the look and feel of our ecommerce platform.

Skills

  • 2+ years work experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving abilities and demonstrated ability to make effective decisions.
  • Work in team environment that fosters getting the job done.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing.
  • Experience with research using data analytics software.
