We are recruiting multiple Revenue Support Officer positions to join a large Government health department in Newcastle.


These roles will require high levels of accuracy and attention to detail as you will be dealing with a large volume of data.


The opportunity will be for an initial 12-weeks (which may have the possibility for extension), and is offered either part-time or full-time, with a minimum 24 hours a week available.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Processing and preparing invoices
  • Liaising with Medicare, health funds and both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying anomalies or errors in data, and problemsolving to rectify
  • Debtor management to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Interpreting information when billing patients

Essentially you'll have:

  • Experience with data entry, invoicing or accounts
  • Exposure to a health environment is highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal
  • The ability to commit to the assignment and start with mínimal notice
