The Head of e Com Customer Fulfilment & Operations - CFCs & e Stores will report into the Director of e Com Customer Fulfilment & Operations.

This role plays a crucial role in shaping the future of retail and e-commerce.

What you'll do You'll be responsible for supporting the e Com Strategy, building and executing the e Com Customer Fulfilment operating plan and lead a large team (and growing) across our fulfilment network.


You will also:

work with a range of support functions across Woolies X, Supermarket Operations, People Team and the wider Woolworths Grouppartner with up and downstream value chain partners, our automation future network teams, and other external partners.achieve optimal safety and operational outcomes by ensuring effective processes and proceduresenhance the customer and team experience, and optimise financial and operational accountable for the delivery of all e Com measures of success, such as a consistent customer experience, productivity, and overall P&L profitability What you'll bring You're an inspiring and visionary leader with an exceptional ability to influence, adapt and build strong relationships and strong teams.


You will also:

be collaborative, authentic, connected and warm leader that is naturally curious with the ability to lead, influence and engage a large range of stakeholderschampion a culture of customer-first outcomes, high performance and continuous improvementexperience leading large teams in a highly matrixed and complex retail, FMCG or logistics.excellent commercial acumen and communication skills, including P&L management experienceuse data and insights to inform decision-making, identify trends, and prioritise issues to make effective decisions.
