About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available as a Merchandise Assistant within our Trend Brands team.

In this role you will work alongside the following brands:
AUTRY, Kappa, Superga, and Sebago. This if a full time permanent position that is based out of state-of-the-art offices in Cremorne, VIC.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Forecasting sales & purchases for core lines
  • Product set up & maintenance
  • Maintain range plans
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Liaise with logistics & supply chain team to ensure on time deliveries
  • Report back on cancellations and changes to delivery dates
  • Weekly reporting & analysis to support both the planning & buying functions of the business
  • Manage promotional & markdown activity in the system

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Intermediate level of Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Someone who can hit the ground running & thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • AP21 experience an advantage but not essential
