Opportunity to be part of a new exciting Australian lifestyle brand Generous employee discount & $1000 clothing allowance Perm; Full Time role with a fast paced, dynamic, growing retail business We are on the lookout for an experienced, dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead the team and manage our Canberra Centre Store You will be responsible for coaching, developing and leading a team to deliver above and beyond service and drive store performance to achieve outstanding results.

ABOUT THE ROLEDeliver and exceed sales budgets and growth expectations Apply your commercial acumen in driving results through product placement and product opportunities Effectively manage store rosters to deliver budgeted wage %Lead by example in customer service, ensures staff are trained to deliver above and beyond service Maximise sell-throughs and profitability of products through effective refilling, markdowns and stockroom management Ensure the store maintains visual standards and merchandises stock to maximise sales potential Recruit team members with the correct brand and cultural fit, competencies and behaviours Provides team with a quality induction and introduction to the brand Provides direction and appropriate feedback to team Creates a positive and productive store environment for team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
2+ years retail management experience in an apparel & homewares brand Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume retail sales environment Strong commercial acumen to achieve outstanding sales budgets and KPIs An eye for detail and high visual merchandising standards Expert in delivering brand experience and cultural fit Demonstrates exceptional customer service A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets The ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor Desire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives Strong interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and lead a team to reach their potential Must be available Tuesday - Saturday WHY JOIN THE FINE DAY TEAM?Be part of a new exciting Australian lifestyle brand$1000 CLOTHING ALLOWANCEGenerous employee discount Seasonal product allowances Forward thinking and progressive culture One on one training Bonus potential Opportunity to work across varied product categories Ethical and sustainability focused ABOUT FINE-
