The Role


This opportunity seeks an experienced Manual Test Lead to leverage their expert level knowledge to uplift the department's testing capability.

The Test Lead will proactively research, plan and resolve issues to enable the department to deliver successful solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Employ expert knowledge of best testing practice to uplift capability maturity
  • Develop test templates and artefacts
  • Ensure adequate test coverage
  • Conduct defect management, including tracking, issue resolution and signoff
  • Create and present test reports
  • Train and mentor junir testors
  • Create and maintain test frameworks and strategies
  • Act as technical escalation point
  • Ensure alignment with department and division priorities

Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience as a manual test lead, with a background in testing capability uplift
  • Experience developing test documentation (test plans, test cases and reports)
  • Experience managing defect management processes
  • Strong experience testing complex systems
  • Experience using industry standard tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Highlevel written and verbal communication skills
