The Role
This is a great opportunity for an individual wanting to apply their policy and compliance training administration skills in an environment where the education and wellbeing of young people is at the forefront of what we do.
This is a full-time, fixed-term parental leave replacement role until October 2024, onsite at our easy access, picturesque campus in Burwood. We may consider some hybrid work with the successful candidate.
Joining a purpose-driven and friendly team, you will undertake a role that combines operational and practical support for the policy and compliance requirements of the College.
You will be working in partnership with a professional, welcoming People & Culture team, who are ready to guide and support you in this role.
About You
We are open to candidates who may have a suitable qualification and / or experience in a similar role that demonstrates your understanding of policy and compliance best practice.
We are particularly interested in candidates with sound technical skills (including mid-advanced Microsoft Word), excellent written and verbal communication skills, positive stakeholder engagement skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
This role will allow you to work independently, and also collaboratively, with a dynamic group of staff across the College – from our Early Learning Centre, right up to the Senior School.
