Due to growth, we are on the lookout for an Operations Specialist to join the dentsu QLD team in February 2023.


What your typical day will look like:

As the Operations Specialist, you will support the Tourism & Events Queensland client teams in activities spanning onboarding through to offboarding, as well as campaign co-ordination, budget maintenance, reporting and audit, and financial processes.


Core responsibilities include:

  • You will leverage your strong commercial acumen and attention to detail focusing on utilising the industry media tools and systems to support on reporting and business administration.
  • Play a key role in supporting the onboarding and client management workflow of new clients within the TEQ function supporting the facilitation of contracts and scopes of work, financial setup and onboarding of clients.
  • You will provide operational support and governance across the IMATE team as needed as well as supporting data visualisation and documentation to support the client teams.

A bit about you:

  • Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and budget management experience
  • Strong understanding of media and financial tools and platforms and effective and efficient in building and collating reports and data visualisation. An advanced level of technical capability in Microsoft Excel will be highly regarded.
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines
  • You will have proven experience in supporting junior team members in training and development and a strong teacher.
  • You have strong financial acumen and business understanding around the fundamentals of a P&L and drivers of each.
