Job Summary:

Join the leaders in energy Powerlink have an exciting new role as Operations Officer / Coordinator to provide day-to-day high level administrative and coordination support
for our Field Delivery Leaders within our Operations and Service Delivery Division (OSD). Providing this critical support
will optimise the use of their time and effort, plus support
the effective delivery of divisional objectives in all aspects associated with supporting
workforce management planning.

Bring with you your;

  • Keen ability to understand the nature of the work of the division's core business, priorities, issues and challenges.
  • Proven past experience with a busy recruitment process, including data management, reporting, tasks and logístical activities to support the Field Delivery Leaders.
  • Take the lead in the on boarding process of our new personnel to ensure smooth startups.
  • Support vehicle coordination with the fleet team including tracking vehicle requirements.
  • Review and coordinate and maintain formal/agreed training and development plans, enrolments and records management System (LMS) and Learner evidence folders in accordance with legislative, industrial and organisationally mandated business requirements.
  • Provide assistance and ongoing support to our Apprentice Coordinators, identification /scheduling field development opportunities.
  • Liaise with OSD Authorisations Officer to ensure authorisations and related technical training qualifications are current and LMS system updated.

You will also have proven capability;

  • Supporting and understand the nature of the work of the division's core business, priorities and challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high level written, interpersonal and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Quickly understand the operational environment and prioritise and respond to tasks accordingly.
  • A committed selfstarter who can work autonomously with internal and wider organisation.
  • Previous knowledge and experience in the use of business software including, Successfactors, MS Office, SAP and Document records Management Systems.
Essential to the role;
Diploma of Business administration or similar

Desirable;
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - Enterprise Trainer skillset or equivalent
