- The IPS Professional Support Facilitator will support the Program Manager to establish and grow the professional support component of Orygen's IPS Centre of Excellence (IPS-CoE).
- Reporting to the Program Manager, you will:
- Provide IPS implementation, coaching and support to IPS supported programs, including completing professional support sessions with IPS workers delivering the IPS program in headspace.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholder's service leaders and IPS teams in headspace centres across Australia.
- Support the continued development of IPS programs through translation of feedback from supported services to the Program Manager.
- Provide reports, when required on professional support activities and other IPS program delivery activities as required.
- You are passionate, energetic and determined to make a difference to health and wellbeing outcomes for young people.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, IPS fidelity review, supervision, or leadership training or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field are desirable.
- Experience supervising or coaching staff from IPS or youth employment programs.
- Experience in training, coaching or organisational development.
- Proven ability in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
