Overview of the Opportunity:

This opportunity will allow you to cut your teeth and develop sort-after skills across a Commercial Property Portfolio.

Your role will involve improving the value of your portfolio, leasing and a high level of landlord and tenant liaising.

Your accountabilities will include:

Optimising and managing the performance of a well-known commercial property portfolio, working for a family-run, dynamic real estate agency.

You will be a valued member of their sales and leasing division and will be accountable for:

  • Managing and improving the value of the Portfolio
  • Leasing and rent management.
  • Liaising with a broad range of Tenants, Landlords, Clients, and Trades
  • Being out and about carrying out inspections and audits
  • Undertaking regular training for professional development
  • Conducting relevant marketing

Your skillsets/background:

  • Experience in Property Management or Real Estate isn't a requirement for this role, just a proven track record of achievement and perseverance.
  • Energy, drive, willingness to learn and confidence with the ambition to achieve in Commercial Real Estate.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with a reputation for providing friendly, timely and effective service.
  • High level of organisation, time management, problemsolving, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be highly ethical with a strong focus on longterm relationships and customer service.
  • Uptodate Agents Rep Certificate.
  • Own vehicle and driver's license required.
  • Live within the local area of Box Hill, Victoria.
