Exciting times lie ahead Due to a surge in new projects across residential apartments, aged care, education, and hospitality sectors, we're seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our client's growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in overseeing joinery projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, meeting minutes, and communication records.
  • Create and distribute project reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing progress and highlighting any potential issues.
  • Compile and organize inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Assist with procurement processes, including researching suppliers, obtaining quotes, and processing orders for materials.
  • Prepare and submit project-related paperwork, such as purchase orders and invoices, for timely processing.
  • Organize on-site logistics, such as managing deliveries and coordinating access for subcontractors.


Who You Are:

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Joinery or Project Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role within a reputable joinery organization. (MUST)
  • Possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills for clear collaboration.
  • Adept at utilizing MS Project and the Microsoft Suite for seamless project management.
