Tourism, Innovation and Sport (Organisation site ) Business and Operational Support; Service Delivery and Support; Sport and Recreation; Brisbane City An opportunity exists within our Business Systems team for a skilled and motivated Business Systems Officer.

As a Business Systems Officer, you will provide business systems support across the administration, project management, configuration, testing and operational governance covering a range of business systems.

Sport and Recreation supports and encourages participation and success in sport and active recreation through delivery of grant funding for sport and active recreation organisations and clubs, infrastructure and participation programs, the operation of precincts and venues, and through engaging and partnering with the active industry across Queensland.

Through this investment we want to improve the health and wellbeing of all Queenslanders by assisting them to be more active.

Business and Operational Support provide contemporary business, systems and advisory services to support Sport and Recreation to achieve its objectives and meet its financial accountability and corporate governance requirements.

Operational Support services are also provided to all Sport and Recreation work units that empowers decision making that is defensible and accurate.

Appointments to the public sector are based on who is best suited for the role.

We will assess your eligibility and suitability for employment, as well as the diversity of lived experience you may bring to the department.

To be eligible for employment to this role you must possess: Citizenship/Visa Requirements You must be an Australian citizen, have permanent residency status or a visa permitting you to work in Australia.

If you are not an Australian citizen you will need to provide evidence of your residency status or visa, with your right to work (including any conditions / restrictions).

You are required to notify the department if your right to work in Australia ceases.
