Your new role


The House Coordinator will oversee the operations of a KEYS Residential Care Home located in Noble Park, to ensure that the young people within our care are provided a safe and nurturing home environment.


The position objectives are:

Provide leadership, support and supervision to a team of Residential Youth Workers.

Manage the day-to-day running of the KEYS home, including coordination of fortnightly rosters.


Ensure that appropriate and therapeutic interventions and responses are used to work with all young people, that is in the best interest of the young person and aligns with the house model i.e.

ERIC, HEALing Matters, TCI.

Commitment to providing quality care to young people in Out of Home Care.

You will require either:

Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care).

A relevant tertiary qualification and a willingness to undertake top up training to meet the qualification requirements of the Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention

The Program


Keep Embracing Your Success (KEYS) is a multidisciplinary residential service program working with young people ages 12-17yrs old, to transition out of residential care and into long term stable accommodations.

A salary at SCHADS award Level 6 which equates to $102,554.40 plus super

Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
