What this opportunity involves:

Due to internal promotion, we are seeking for a Property Assistant to join us.

As our Property Assistant, you will build, form and develop relationship with stakeholders (contractor, tenants, etc.) and assist with administrative duties relating to our client's property holdings.

Our client is leading government agency and you will be based on-site in their Parramatta office.

A snapshot of the role:

Form a working relationship with external stakeholders to manage and maintain the clients' property holdings
Schedule in and coordinate access for visitors on behalf of the Property Access Manager and Security
Schedule in and coordinate owned sites property inspections on behalf of the Property Access Manager
Develop strong relationships with our customers and internal client stakeholders.
Support the Leasing team with overflow of administrative tasks s
Assist in monthly reporting preparation.

Manage / coordinate the Leasing and Telco site access inboxes by receiving and responding to customer, tenant and contractor inquiries.

Oversight and management of document management and filing.
Liaise with and seek contractors compliance and other documentation

Account management and delivery experience
Lease administration, property management or property legal expertise
Undergraduate degree or advanced diploma is desirable
Experience with lease management systems
Computer literacy is essential
Analytical and strategic skills and attention to detail is essential
Ability to work with confidential information and act with integrity is essential
Written and verbal communications skills
Ability to communicate with and influence a variety of stakeholders / external parties
