The Company:

This renowned property group has a diverse portfolio across Australia. They are currently seeking a dynamic Property Assistant with a focus on accounts to join their team at one of their high-end shopping centers.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled administrator to join the busy management team of this thriving shopping center. In this role, you will report to the Centre Manager and handle various administrative tasks related to the center's operations.

Your duties will include:

  • Process workflows
  • Maintain essential databases
  • Conduct account reconciliations
  • Establish solid relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Manage the Monthly Rent Roll process (invoice tenants)
  • Process monthly charges
  • Handle the start and end of day procedures at the customer service desk
  • Manage gift card reconciliation and banking
  • Support rental arrears collection
  • Assist with day-to-day rent collection operations when needed
  • Keep track of insurance certificates
  • Provide ad hoc support in accounts

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience in a finance/accounts/administration role
  • Background in Retail/Shopping Centers is a plus
  • A motivated professional with a proactive attitude
