The Opportunity

As a junior to mid-level Finance Systems Analyst at Seven Network, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of our financial systems, primarily focusing on Technology One ERP. Located in Sydney, you will report directly to the Finance Systems Manager and offer support to the entire Finance team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Second-Level Support: Provide expert assistance for system issues raised by users and escalated by the 7IT team, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Technical Assistance: Deliver technical support to end-users, including training sessions and addressing ERP-related inquiries. System Upgrades and Testing: Assist with system upgrades by coordinating user acceptance testing for new enhancements and developing thorough user documentation and training materials. Data Flow Management: Ensure the effective operation of system interfaces, ETLs, dashboards, and warehouse tables, ensuring seamless data flow between Technology One ERP and other integrated systems. Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with Technology One vendors to secure technical support and efficiently resolve any issues that arise. Business and Accounting Insight: Acquire and apply business and accounting knowledge across various finance teams and departments, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Enterprise Budgeting.

About you:

You are a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Finance Systems Analyst with a strong background in finance systems support and implementation. You possess the following qualifications and skills:

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in application support or configuration/implementation within a commercial environment. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt quickly to new skills and tasks. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
