About the Role


Reporting to the Director of Professional Services you will consult on and implement major implementation projects of an enterprise investment management SaaS platform for clients across banking, managed fund and asset management.

You will work at an executive level across multiple clients (internal and external) to lead and drive the business to a high standard and ensure projects are implemented seamlessly.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consulting & implementation assistance to new and existing clients.
  • Reporting configuration and design.
  • System installation & configuration.
  • Testing Support.
  • Client Training.
  • Recommend best practice use of systems to clients.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and satisfaction.
  • Requirements Analysis.
  • Proof of Concepts.
  • Assist with the gathering and management of client or regional requirements.
  • Documentation of business requirements for product development.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Degree Qualified in IT/Commerce/Accounting or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in software implementation within Funds Management, Wealth Management or Investment Management
  • Experienced in full system implementation life cycle requirements to golive.
  • Experienced in elicitation and documentation of business requirements for product enhancements.
  • Intermediate project management skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL, awareness of NOSQL.
  • Knowledge of Australian Tax, Fixed Income, Distributions etc.
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management.
  • Client Service Focused.
  • Works autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Client product training experience.
  • Presentation skills.
